Karin Gwinn Wilkins

Karin Gwinn Wilkins (PhD) is Professor at the Department of Radio-TV-Film of the University of Texas at Austin, US, and Associate Director for the Center for Middle Eastern Studies. Her research focuses on global communication, development and social change. Her most recent book is Home/Land/Security: What We Learn about Arab Communities from Action-Adventure Films (Lexington Books, 2009).
